In February 2010 AerFinance PLC acquired 67% of the share capital and the total number of votes at the General Meeting of the Company. On August 9th 2011 the company name has been changed to Aerfinance Ventures.

The company operates as a business support institution for the IT and aviation sector in Poland. The aim of the company is to promote entrepreneurship in these sectors, by providing investments for prospectus projects.
