Mr Bartlomiej Herodecki graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (master & post-master). He used to work as a project manager for private venture capital house for 3 years - covered industries: finance, aviation, E-business, real estate. Then he used to be a financial analyst in private equity and in 2008 he has joined AerFinance plc team as one of the main shareholders and one of the directors.

Dariusz Ilski
Mr Dariusz Ilski has graduated College of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw and obtained a MBA diploma on University of North West w New York. He completed numerous courses conducted by i.e. LIMRA International, Anthony Robbins Company, Tracy College International Polska and Instytut Rozwoju Biznesu.
Mr Ilski is an investor, entrepreneur and specialist in sales strategy management of financial products.
He began his career on early 1990s, becoming manager of Austrian company providing financial services. After attending many courses in sales and marketing and obtaining experience in Polish financial market, he established Life Company specialized in insurance intermediary. In couple years time along with his business partner Mr Ilski developed a nationwide distribution network associating over 2.000 agents and comprising 7% of life insurance market in Poland. In 1999 he sold his shares in Life to Commercial Union Polska and started to invest on capital market along with business angel activity
Mr Ilski, through his consulting company is or was participating in the following projects: AerFInance PLC, Sprint Air SA, Inwestycje.pl SA, Secus Holding S.A.
Since 1997 Mr Ilski invests in real estate based in Poland through his dependent company Delta Property.
