The company was founded in 2009 with AerFinance plc as the sole shareholder.

The company is developing currently a Electronic Flight Bag application for small airline companies as well as private aircraft operators to acilitate paperwork and regulatory monitoring. The application will offer many cost savings for the users and is fully scalable to the user requirements.

The software applications are currently under development and are expected to launch by June 2010.
